Estun Kuzhuo was established in July 2022, dedicated to building a leading full-stack platform for general-purpose intelligent robots in the industrial manufacturing sector.
We provide a full-stack embodied intelligent robot product matrix featuring “high perception, high manipulation capability, and high generalization,” covering applications across all industrial scenarios. By equipping robots with a cognitive decision-making “brain” and a perception-control coordinated “cerebellum,” we aim to advance from “human-machine collaboration” to “human-machine integration,” striving to become an industry leader in general-purpose intelligent robots.

Estun Kuzhuo was incubated and established by Estun Automation, leveraging its over 20 years of technical accumulation in the industrial robotics field.
Equity relationship: As of March 2026, Estun Automation holds a 13.95% stake in Estun Kuzhuo, making it one of its significant shareholders. Another major shareholder is Paletec Technology (holding 39.07%), while Wu Bo—the actual controller of Paletec—is also the actual controller of Estun Automation.
